Wrapping things up, she felt the chill on the wind, yet knew she would be held in this community. Acknowledging all that was yet to be revealed, honoring what has been, she ventured forth to welcome wholeheartedly this respite, nurturing her creativity.
This was her love song, her heart’s homage to the promise of Spring and the precious gifts of presence, perspective, and purpose found on her winding walks through the winter wood. She was a turtle on the move and she felt sure she would find her way again.
One day, she would fly and, when she flies, she will fly free.
